Sleep, delivered. Then watch everything else get easier.
Guaranteed better sleep in 7 days, while gently giving your baby the confidence to fall asleep on their own.
Next intake starts 23rd November, 4 spots only.
This isn't tired. This is something else.
This is months of never sleeping more than two hours at a time.
Every sleep runs through you. The feed at 11pm. The rocking at 2am. The contact nap you couldn't move from, even when you needed the toilet.
They are sleeping. But not on their own. It's you, on repeat, all day and all night.
It's your body flinching awake at a cry that never came. It's lying in the dark at 3am, wide awake.
It's the fog. Losing words mid-sentence, while quietly wondering what's happening to you.
It's sitting in the car in the driveway for ten extra minutes, because it's the only place no one needs you.
It's listening to your partner sleep and feeling something close to resentment, then feeling guilty for that too.
You thought motherhood would feel different. You thought you would feel different.
Instead, you're just getting through each day, counting down to a bedtime that never comes easily, before a night that never ends.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped recognising yourself.
So the problem was never your baby. It's that every nap and every wake depends on your arms. Your energy. Whether you have anything left tonight.
This isn't forever. And with the right support, it can change in a matter of nights.
What nobody tells you
Changing your baby's sleep doesn't mean cry-it-out. It means being expertly supported while you make the change.
Most mums hear “sleep training” and picture one of two things. Shutting the door and listening to their baby scream. Or a “gentle” method that drags on for months, with progress so slow it barely feels like progress at all.
So they decide it's not for them, and they go back to feeding to sleep at 2am.
But changing sleep was never about how much crying you can stand. It's about knowing exactly what to do at every wake, and having someone right there when you're not sure.
That's what makes it gentle. And that's what makes it work.
When you stop second-guessing, your baby stops getting mixed messages and learns to fall asleep on their own, often within nights.
Seven nights from now
What your life looks like when the week is done.
- Bedtime, sorted. A calm routine your baby knows, and a cot they can fall asleep in.
- The nights, changed. Fewer wakes, longer stretches, and no more feeding back to sleep every time.
- Naps in the cot, not on your chest.
- You, knowing exactly what to do when something wobbles, so you're never back at square one.
- And a baby who's learned a skill they'll keep long after our week together ends.
Not another plan to try.
Sleep that's actually changing.
But you won't be doing any of it alone.
How it works
Three steps. Seven days. Never on your own.
Most sleep support hands you a plan and leaves you to it. That's why so many plans fall apart by night three. This week is built so you're never left guessing.
Step 1: You're accepted
I get to know your baby before we ever speak
Once you're in, you'll receive a detailed sleep intake form about your child: their sleep, their feeds, their temperament, your routine. By the time we talk, I already understand what's going on.
You'll also get my entire resource library the day you're in. My gift to you before we start.
Step 2: Your 1:1 video call
Finally, answers
This is where everything changes. In a detailed 1:1 video call, I go through your baby's sleep with you piece by piece (feeds, naps, settling, temperament) and pinpoint exactly why they're waking. No guesswork, no generic advice. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what to do, with a plan built for your baby in your inbox the same day.
Step 3: Seven days of direct support
Me in your pocket all week
Voice notes and email straight to me, all week. When something doesn't go to plan, you're not left googling. You message me, and we adjust together. I reply between 7am and 8pm, every day.
And if sleep hasn't improved after seven days?
I keep going for another seven days, free. That's my guarantee.
What happens after the seven days?
You're never really on your own again. Every family gets lifetime access to my private support community (valued at $399), included. So when the next regression, teething phase or big transition hits as your child grows, you'll have somewhere to turn.
“I’m a mum of three boys. I know what it’s like to love your kids and still count down to bedtime.
The sleep is the goal. But the real change is everything that comes with it. The patience at 5pm. The marriage that feels like a team again. The woman who finally recognises herself in the mirror.”

The proof
I know it's working when my phone and inbox start lighting up with messages like these.
Not after a month. Often within days, because when a mum finally has the right support, the change can happen fast.

These are raw, unedited messages from families I've supported 1:1.
Why me
Sleep is all I do.
For ten years, I've worked with little ones every single day. I've raised three boys of my own. And I was doing this long before AI and Instagram filled your feed with conflicting advice.
That's given me something no app or search result can: pattern recognition. Ten years in early childhood and thousands of sleep plans means I've seen your baby's sleep struggles before.
Your baby feels like a mystery. To me, they're a puzzle I've solved thousands of times.
Before you apply
Let’s make sure we’re the right fit.
This is for you if…
- Your baby’s sleep depends on you: feeding, rocking or holding them for every sleep and every wake.
- You’ve tried the blogs, the reels, maybe even a guide, but you couldn’t make it stick on your own.
- You’re exhausted, and you’re done waiting for it to “get better when they’re older”.
- Cry-it-out has never been an option for you.
- Your partner is on board, or ready to be. You both want your nights back.
- You’re ready to commit to one focused week and follow the plan, even on the hard nights.
- You want it done properly, with an expert beside you, not another thing to figure out alone.
It’s not the right time if…
- You’re looking for a magic fix with no changes on your end. I’ll guide you every step, but you’re the one at the cot each night.
- You expect a baby who sleeps 12 hours straight on night one. (Plenty actually do.) Real change is gentle, and every baby moves at their own pace.
- You can’t commit to the week. If there’s a holiday or a big trip coming up, let’s wait until the timing’s right.
- You want cry-it-out. That’s not what I do.
The investment
I want to see you sleeping again.
One week. Me, beside you every step. And a guarantee behind it.
4 families only. Next intake starts 9th November.
